Reformer Pilates
The perfect introduction to the Reformer.
Learn the foundations of Pilates through the fundamental concepts and principles of Breathing, Control, Centring, Precision, Flow and Concentration.
Work the body from head to toe as you progress through a series of beginner-to-progressive exercises that use the Reformer bed to both challenge and support the body through movement.
What to expect:
Some variation of leg & footwork
Pelvic stability and abdominal control through supine positioning
Spinal articulation
The body to be worked through supine, lateral, quadruped and standing positions
*This class is the best place to start for those new to Pilates or returning after a time, whilst still providing challenging options for advanced clients to refine technique. Suitable for Pre/Post Natal.
Reformer Plus
A more textured approach to Reformer Pilates.
This class includes a challenge of stability, coordination and control through unilateral movement, spinal flexion, extension and rotation, and reducing base of support.
Props and springs are used to increase load and build strength in the body.
This class is a progressive-to-intermediate-level class. Recommended to do x20 Reformer Pilates classes before progressing into our Plus class.
What to expect:
Unilateral balance challenge
Working the spine through ALL ranges of motion (flexion, extension & rotation)
Inclusion of x1 heavy spring set (strength focus)
Workshop of at least x1 intermediate level exercise, such as:
- Long Box Exercises
- Semi Circle
- Climb A Tree
- Side Overs
- Butterfly
- Long Spine
- Hi Bar Cobra
- Full Lunge
- Stomach Massage
- Tendon Stretch
Pre/Post Natal Pilates
A gentle and nurturing practice, designed to keep you moving through this special time. Expect to work on posture, and keeping strength throughout your pregnancy, whilst in a safe environment.
Suitable for pregnancy, post natal (6 weeks postpartum).
Babies welcome.

Studio Pilates
Studio Pilates is a focused, small group class with a 4:1 client-to-instructor ratio, offering a highly personalised and supportive training experience. This full-body workout blends traditional Pilates principles with functional strength and mobility, using a combination of bodyweight exercises and specialised studio apparatus. You’ll rotate through equipment including the Wunda Chair, Spring Wall, Ped-a-Pul, and Pilates barrels, creating a varied and engaging session that challenges both strength and control.
Each class is designed to target core stability, posture, alignment, and muscular balance while improving flexibility and coordination. With expert guidance and close attention to technique, you’ll move with precision and purpose, ensuring safe and effective results.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Studio Pilates is ideal for those looking to build strength, prevent injury, and experience the benefits of a tailored, small-group environment.
Functional Mat
Our Alive Functional Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and mobility for everyday movement.
This class combines bodyweight exercises with the use of small apparatus—such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and light weights—to add variety and challenge. With a strong focus on core activation and functional movement patterns, you’ll improve balance, posture, and coordination while targeting key muscle groups, including the glutes, core, back, and hips.
Expect controlled, low-impact movements that enhance flexibility and support joint health, making it suitable for all fitness levels. With options to progress or modify, this class helps you move more efficiently, reduce the risk of injury, and feel stronger and more confident in your daily life.
*Suitable for anyone who is looking for a no frills, all work kind of class. All levels welcome. Suitable for pre/post natal clients.
Barre
Our Alive Barre class is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to build lean muscle, improve posture, and enhance flexibility.
Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, this class targets major muscle groups—especially the core, glutes, arms, and thighs—for a deep, effective burn. No dance experience is needed; movements are simple, precise, and suitable for all fitness levels. Expect upbeat music, a supportive atmosphere, and a focus on alignment and control to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and energised.
We recommend completing our Functional Mat classes a handful of times before stepping into Barre. This class includes a cardio element.

Autumn Yoga Classes - running Saturday March 1st through until Saturday May 31st.
Yin Yoga
Give yourself permission to drop into a meditative state at the end of your busy day. Each yin pose is held for 3-4 mins and accompanied by sound healing instruments to help deepen into relaxation.
All levels are welcome.
Yoga Flow
This 60 minute Flow class gives you the space to drop in, reset and move to the rhythm of your breath. The class will begin and end with Pranayama techniques that aim to cultivate a sense of balance and ease. Combining pranayama (breathwork) practices and mindfully sequenced asana flow, you’re sure to leave feeling calm and steady.
Yin + Meditation
Our Yin + Meditation class is designed to provide you with 60-minutes of rest & recovery. This class is bookended with mindful meditation, complimenting the restorative movement practice at the centre of the class to release and unlock any tight points, setting you up both physically and mentally for a new week.
